Preheat oven to 450°. Cut jalapeños lengthwise into halves; discard seeds.
Combine baking mix, milk and Cheddar cheese in a bowl; mix well.
Add jalapeños and 1/4 cup butter.
Beat with an electric mixer set at high speed for 30 seconds.
Drop dough by spoonfuls 2-inches apart onto 2 ungreased baking sheets.
Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Brush with remaining butter.
Serve immediately.
