Jack's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie
Jack'S Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour (white), 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder and 2 1/2 c. quick oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend flours, soda, baking powder and oats in medium bowl. Soften margarine or butter in large bowl, blend in sugars, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts.
Gradually blend dry ingredients into butter mixture.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam).
Bake at 400Β° for approximately 8 minutes.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
