Jack's Baked Macaroni

Cook and drain macaroni. Melt butter and blend flour and seasonings into it.
Gradually add milk and onion and cook, stirring until thickened. Turn burner off and add cheese. Stir until melted. Put macaroni and cheese mixture in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan. Bake at 375Β° for about 40 minutes.
