Jack Daniel's Cake
Jack Daniel'S Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 5 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. whiskey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift cake and pudding mixes together.
Add eggs, milk, whiskey and oleo.
Beat long and hard by hand.
Add butterscotch morsels and walnuts, reserving 1/2 cup of each.
Pour batter into a prepared 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle remaining morsels and nuts over the batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 46 to 60 minutes.
The bottom of the cake becomes the topping and it's easy to scoop out pieces with a spatula.
