Put noodles into boiling water of more than 180Β° and cook 5 to 6 minutes.
Rinse noodles with cold water and drain 2 or 3 times. Stir-fry sliced meats and vegetables.
Flavor the rinsed noodles with such various spices as sesame oil, sesame powder, soy sauce and sugar.
Add vegetables and meat.
