Italian Vegetable Toss
Italian Vegetable Toss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shell macaroni, 2 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 c. cauliflower flowerets, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook macaroni, rinse and drain.
In a large bowl, combine all with dressing, except avocado and tomato.
Cover and chill several hours.
