Italian Torta(A-La-Venito)
Italian Torta(A-La-Venito) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 pkg. unsalted soda crackers, 1 qt. milk, lukewarm, 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Crush crackers fine; add lukewarm milk and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning in separate bowl, beat eggs well, adding sugar, vanilla and brandy.
Combine this with cracker mixture.
If thick, add small amount of milk to consistency of cake batter. Add fruit mix, raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in a well-greased pan.
Test middle of cake for doneness.
Remove from oven and when slightly cooled, sprinkle with sugar.
