Italian Style Brazzoli
Italian Style Brazzoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes, 1 tsp. leaf basil and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place meat in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
Put in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
Drain. Stir in parsley, salt, basil, pepper, garlic and water; re-cover. Put microwave on simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
Re-cover and continue cooking on simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is fork-tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Serve over spaghetti. Can substitute noodles for spaghetti.
