Italian Spaghetti
Italian Spaghetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. oil or drippings, 1 clove garlic, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 spanish onion, sliced fine and 1 lb. ground meat, beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil or fat in large skillet.
Add finely chopped garlic, green pepper and onion.
Cook without browning 5 minutes.
Add ground beef; mix well and cook on high heat until lightly brown. Add tomato paste, tomato purée and boiling water.
Simmer 1 hour or longer (if desired).
Add seasonings last 15 minutes of cooking.
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
