Italian Sausage Pie
Italian Sausage Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. sweet italian sausage (thin), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 3 eggs and 1 pkg. pillsbury ready made pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place bottom pie crust into 9-inch pie plate.
Lightly scramble 3 eggs.
Cut sausage into cubes and cut Mozzarella cheese into cubes.
Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Take the remaining top pie crust and cut into strips.
Lay strips crisscross on top of pie and use a fork to press ends of crust together.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 70 minutes in a preheated oven.
