Italian Sausage Pie
Italian Sausage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pie crusts, 1 c. ricotta cheese, 8 oz. finely diced mozzarella cheese, 3 oz. grated romano cheese and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Romano cheeses.
Stir in eggs, cooked sausage, salami, oregano, basil, garlic and parsley.
Place crust on a lightly oiled pie dish.
Put all ingredients in pan on crust.
Put top crust on, fit over filling, sealing edges.
Brush with egg white.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. Cool about 10 minutes before serving.
