Italian Rolls
Italian Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1/2 c. oil (not butter), 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/3 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
Pour over oil, sugar and salt. Cook lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in 1/3 c. warm water.
Cooled mixture along with the eggs and 3 cups flour.
Smooth.
Remaining 3 cups flour and blend in.
Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.
Into rolls and place on greased pans (I use 9 x 13-inch pans).
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
