Italian Ricotta Cheese Cake
Italian Ricotta Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with marble cake mix, 2 (15 oz.) containers ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in one bowl.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, then flour lightly.
Put cake mix on bottom.
Pour cheese mixture gently on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Check after 45 minutes. If cake springs back, it's done.
