Italian Pizzelles
Italian Pizzelles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 3 1/2 c. flour (approximately), 1 1/2 c. sugar, margarine, melted and 4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs; gradually add sugar, beating until smooth.
Add cooled margarine and flavoring.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Add to sugar mixture gradually.
Dough will be sticky. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto heated pizzelle iron grip.
Bake until lightly browned.
Cool on racks.
Will stay crisp stored stacked in brown grocery bag.
