Italian Pasta Salad
Italian Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. spiral pasta, cooked in unsalted water and drained, 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges, 2 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched, 1/2 c. black beans (canned), drained or cooked fresh and 1/4 c. fat-free kraft mayonnaise or miracle whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, broccoli and black beans. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Yields 10 servings.
