Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg (can also be made with ground chicken), 3 cloves garlic, minced, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/3 c. grated cheese (the more the better, depends on your taste) and 4 slices italian bread, soaked in milk until soft, then remove excess milk by pressing between hands, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients.
Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls. Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Meatballs can also be pan fried.
