Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/4 finely chopped onion, 3/4 c. progresso bread crumbs and 1/4 c. progresso grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
Fold in 1 cup marinara sauce. With wet hands, pat mixture firmly into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan, pour remaining sauce over loaf.
Bake 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 6 servings.
