Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large green pepper, chopped, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 large chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Generously grease large loaf pan.
Mix all the ingredients except catsup and bacon; reserve and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients generously and form mixture into greased loaf pans and then spread catsup on top of meat loaf.
Last lay bacon strips on top.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour or longer.
Makes 8 servings.
