Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 2/3 c. tomato sauce and 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine meat, egg, cracker crumbs, onion and the 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt oregano and pepper.
Shape into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on waxed paper.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Roll up and press ends to seal.
(Seal very carefully.)
Place in a shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Pour the 2/3 cup of sauce over the top and bake another 15 minutes.
