Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices rye bread, 2 slices white bread, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 4 sprigs parsley, chopped fine and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β° and lightly spray baking dish (shallow) with cooking oil.
Soak breads in 1 cup water.
Mash soaked bread with a fork.
Put ground beef in a mixing bowl.
Add bread, onion, parsley, cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well and dump into baking dish.
Shape into a loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce over meat; sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for 20 minutes longer.
Serves 4 to 6.
Delicious served hot or cold.
