Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine beef, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
Pat into rectangular shape, cover with thin slices of Mozzarella cheese and roll up like a jelly roll, sealing ends.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and pour off excess fat.
