Italian Hunters Stew
Italian Hunters Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. meat, cut into 2 inch pieces, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 cloves garlic or garlic powder, 2 16 oz. cans of stewed tomatoes and 1 6 oz. can of tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil, brown meat.
Add garlic and onions, saute well, turning often.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, flour, salt, chili powder, oregano and parsley.
Add 2 c. water and simmer covered 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Skim off fat.
Add carrots and simmer until they are tender; cook ziti, add to stew and serve with cheese on top.
