Italian Chicken Bake
Italian Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. chicken broth, 2 c. rice, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 1 can chopped tomatoes and 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In bowl, mix seasonings with mushrooms, tomatoes, Velveeta cheese and onion.
In 13 x 9-inch Pyrex baking dish, mix chicken broth, rice and tomato mixture.
Lay the chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375Β° for one hour.
