Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces, 3 eggs, beaten, italian bread crumbs, butter or margarine and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak chicken pieces in beaten eggs overnight.
Roll chicken pieces in Italian bread crumbs and saute in butter.
Arrange pieces in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add to the drippings in your frying pan, 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup dry white wine.
Pour over chicken; top with mushrooms and grated Muenster cheese.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (decrease oven temperature to 325° if using a glass baking dish).
