Italian Casserole
Italian Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions (chopped), 1 large green pepper (chopped), 2 sticks butter, 2 lbs. ground beef and 2 cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large skillet saute onions and green peppers in butter until onions are clear and peppers are soft.
Remove from skillet and discard leftover butter.
Add ground beef and saute until gray.
Put beef, onions and peppers into a large soup pot.
Add tomato soup, water, noodles and tomato paste and boil until noodles are soft.
Add corn and olives and place in large casserole dish.
Cover with cheese and dot the top with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
