Italian Beef Casserole
Italian Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (8 oz.) light sour cream and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mushroom pieces.
Excess oil. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Add all ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Put thin layer in casserole dish, 9 x
13-inch.
Sprinkle with half of both cheeses.
Add remaining mixture sprinkle again with remaining cheese. Bake at
350Β° for minutes, if using immediately.
If for future use, cover tightly foil wrap before baking and freeze.
