Italian Beef
Italian Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with rump roast (of desired weight), 2 c. water, 2 bouillon cubes, 1 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp. onion juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place roast in roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except pepper slices and hard rolls.
Pour over roast.
Roast in a 325Β° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven. Slice beef thinly and return to juices for 2 hours on low temperature.
Green pepper slices may be baked along with sliced beef in last oven stage. Serve on hard rolls along with juices.
