Italian Baked Chicken
Italian Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 egg, 2/3 c. bread crumbs (seasoned), 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a small bowl, blend sour cream and egg; set aside.
In a medium bowl or shallow pan, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip each piece of chicken in sour cream mixture and then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat completely. Place chicken in an oiled shallow baking pan.
Bake until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes.
