Italian Baked Chicken
Italian Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and split, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c. romano cheese, grated and 2 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dip breasts in milk, then dredge in seasoned crumbs, mixed with grated cheese.
Arrange chicken on well-greased baking dish. Put slice of butter on each chicken breast.
Bake 25 minutes at 450Β°.
Then remove from oven and put 2 tablespoons of heated sauce and 1 slice of Mozzarella on each breast.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
