Island Pork Chops
Island Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops (1 inch thick), 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. green onion, chopped and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Melt butter in same skillet.
Add green onion and garlic.
Saute until soft.
Stir in flour, curry powder, chicken broth, salt, pepper and pineapple with juice. Bring mixture to a boil.
Return pork chops to pan.
Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add snow peas.
Cook for a few minutes until tender.
