Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookies
Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 52 minutes. Made with c. raisins, soaked in 1/3 c. bacardi rum, c. butter (room temperature), c. sugar, c. brown sugar and eggs (large), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Soak raisins in rum for 60 minutes (optional).
In a large bowl, cream butter.
Add sugars and cream again until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda). Add dry mixture to other bowl and mix well.
Now add chocolate chips, nuts and raisins.
Stir from the bottom of the bowl until all the ingredients are well combined.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Drop by teaspoons onto well-buttered cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on racks.
Makes 6 dozen.
