Irish Trifle
Irish Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jelly roll cake, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding or custard, 3 c. milk and 1 small container whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Break cake into pieces and place in trifle or decorative bowl. Sprinkle with sherry and let stand a few minutes.
Make gelatin and when it begins to set, pour over cake.
Make vanilla pudding according to directions and pour over gelatin.
Slice strawberries (or other fruit) and arrange over pudding.
Allow to chill until set.
When ready to serve, cover top with whipped cream and decorate around edges and center with fruit.
