Irish Potato Casserole
Irish Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 large potatoes, 2 tsp. salt, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 medium onion, grated and 2/3 c. milk (sweet), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cover with water and parboil 5 minutes with salt added.
Heat chicken soup mixed with milk. Add cheese and onion.
Layer drained potatoes and soup mixture in baking dish. Top with a ring of potatoes, a little cheese and a dusting of paprika.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
