Made with 4 c. corn chex, crushed to 2 c., 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 3 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned to taste and 1 c. american cheese, shredded or sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. 👨‍🍳 Instructions

Heat oven to 350°.

Butter sides and bottom of casserole dish. Combine Corn Chex and butter; set aside.

Combine broccoli, mashed potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into casserole dish.

Top with 1/2 cup of American cheese, then 1/2 cup of Corn Chex mixture.

Layer remaining broccoli, cheese, Corn Chex, in that order.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
