Indonesian Fried Rice
Indonesian Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cooked rice (on hard side), 2 c. rice to 3 c. water, 1/2 onion, chopped fine, 1 lb. ground pork or shrimp, 2 stalks cut up celery and 2 bunches scallions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In electric skillet, brown onion in a little oil.
Add pork or shrimp; brown.
Add frozen vegetables, celery and scallions. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add Arturo's sauce; stir good.
Add cooked rice; mix and let simmer until rice is hot.
Add soy sauce. Garnish with scrambled egg, cut in strips or pieces.
