Indiana Cream Pie
Indiana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar, 1 scant tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg and 1/2 pt. coffee cream or half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients; add coffee cream, then unwhipped whipping cream.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour mix into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
During the first half hour, stir every 10 minutes, being careful not to stir into the crust on bottom. At the end of the first half hour, dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Continue baking for remainder of hour.
