Indian Salmon Croquettes
Indian Salmon Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) red or pink salmon, 1 medium onion diced, small pieces, 1 medium green pepper diced, small pieces, 8 crushed saltines and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl, drain and pulverize salmon.
Add all ingredients; mixing thoroughly.
Mixture should be moist and not too chunky.
Pour top olive oil into heavy iron skillet and heat over medium heat.
Shape croquettes to desired size, dust with flour on both sides and cook, turning them once until golden brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
