Indian Pudding
Indian Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, scalded, 5 tbsp. cornmeal, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. molasses and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Gradually add cornmeal to scalded milk, stirring constantly and continue to cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients and turn into buttered baking dish.
Pour 1 cup cold milk over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
