Impossible Chili Pie
Impossible Chili Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix and 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate (large 10 x 1 1/2-inch). Cook and stir ground chuck in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain and stir in onion, tomatoes and seasoning mix (dry).
Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or with mixer.
Pour into plates.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream (optional), shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
