Impossible Cheese Burger Pie
Impossible Cheese Burger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Cook beef and onion over medium heat until brown.
Drain.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper in blender on high until smooth, 15 seconds.
Pour over meat in pie plate and bake for 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife in the center of pie comes out clean.
Serves 5 to 8.
