Imitation Crab Bake
Imitation Crab Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine or butter, 42 low-salt saltine crackers, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab, thawed and cut into bite-sized pieces, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt margarine.
Add 1/2 of cracker mixture (crackers broken into quarters and mixed with margarine) in a one-quart baking dish. Place 1/2 of the crab on top of the crackers.
Add remaining crackers and crab in the same manner.
Top with paprika and lemon juice.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 2.
