Illinois Delicious Apple Cake
Illinois Delicious Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. salad oil, 3 c. sliced delicious apples and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Use large mixing bowl.
Beat eggs; add sugar gradually, then oil.
Add 3 cups of Delicious apples and cup of chopped pecans. Sift together 3 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of soda and 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Mix well but be careful not to overbeat or apples will turn into sauce.
Grease and lightly a 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch pans.
Start with cold oven. Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
