Icebox Salad
Icebox Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lime jello, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large or 2 small cream cheese, 1/2 pt. whipped cream or substitute and 1 c. crushed nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make jello.
Let set until starts to jell.
Mash in cream cheese until not lumpy.
Add drained pineapple, whipped cream and nuts.
Set overnight.
Decorate with split cherries.
