Icebox Cookies
Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 1/2 c. soft oleo, 3 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together the sugars and oleo thoroughly.
Add beaten eggs slowly to sugar mix.
Add the nuts.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the sugar and egg mixture. Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in wax paper.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
(These rolls freeze very well.) Slice thin and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350Β° until golden.
