Icebox Cheese Wafers is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 lb. butter, creamed, 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, heavy pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream together the cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Add flour.
Make into roll. Wrap in waxed paper and put in refrigerator. Will keep a month. When needed, slice into thin wafers and bake on a greased cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes at 350Β°.
