Icebox Bran Muffins
Icebox Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 3 1/2 to 4 c. kellogg's all-bran, 1 1/2 to 2 c. nabisco 100% bran, 1 c. wheat germ and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour boiling water over the cereals and wheat germ.
Next, mix in extra large bowl the oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift the flour, soda and salt together.
Add alternately buttermilk with second and third mixtures.
Store in refrigerator in covered container not more than 6 weeks.
Bake in greased muffin pans at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 60 muffins.
