Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, thawed and 1 large angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Set ice cream out to soften.
Mix jello with 1 cup hot water and set in refrigerator until it starts to congeal.
Break angel food cake into 2 inch chunks.
Pour partly congealed jello over cake.
Add strawberries.
Fold in softened ice cream.
Pour into large pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Freeze and serve.
