Hush Puppies
Hush Puppies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. corn meal mix, 1/2 c. chopped onion, pinch of salt, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine corn meal, onion and salt in mixing bowl.
Add egg and water.
Stir just enough to moisten.
Drop by spoonfuls into shallow hot fat.
I do mine in a Fry Daddy.
Drain on paper towels.
