Hush Puppies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal, 1/2 c. self-rising wheat flour, 2 eggs, 1 c. buttermilk and 1 medium size onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cornmeal and flour in mixing bowl.
Put eggs and onion in blender.
Blend and add to dry ingredients along with buttermilk.
