Hungry Man Meal
Hungry Man Meal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 1 can green beans, 1 can corn or mixed vegetables and 1 can campbell's tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large casserole dish, brown the beef and onion.
Drain fat.
Add the green beans, corn or mixed vegetables (or use 1 can lima beans).
Drain juices from canned vegetables and the tomato soup.
Layer and top with the potatoes with 1 egg mixed in well. After layering all ingredients, mixture should have a layer cake look.
Put dish in a 350Β° oven and bake for 20 minutes until potatoes are a little browned.
